New Students:
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early on your first day to complete registration.
All Current Students:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to sign in and settle into your space before class begins.
No mats or other yoga gear is needed. The studio is fully stocked with props for your convenience.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in, and avoid eating a heavy meal just before class.
Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any heavily scented products.
All Classes are 90 minutes long, which include a beginning and ending Guided Awareness in Shavasana - yoga's Relaxation Pose, a short breathing practice, and 50 to 60 minutes of yoga poses in between.
